Office Administrator

Location: Road No 2 Jubilee Hills
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate with clients and staff, maintain reports and data, and ensure smooth communication between our different offices.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn about Audio-Visual (AV) products and services and gradually develop a positive understanding of our business and technical offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Handle client communication, enquiries, follow-ups, and basic coordination.
Coordinate with staff and ensure tasks are communicated and followed up properly.
Coordinate between our different office locations for smooth operations.
Maintain reports, records, databases, and other office documentation.
Manage and update client, service, sales, and operational data.
Prepare regular reports and share updates with management.




Coordinate internally between sales, service, technical, and administrative teams.
Learn about our AV products, equipment, brands, and services to better understand client and internal requirements.
Assist management with administrative and coordination-related tasks.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and requirements.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and office applications.
Comfortable working with reports, data, and documentation.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff.
Willingness to learn about the Audio-Visual industry and products.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
Prior experience in office administration, coordination, customer handling, or a similar role is preferred.
