Preferred candidate profile
6 to 12 years of overall IT experience.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AWS migration using MGN and Transform tools.
Experience in Data Center Exit or enterprise cloud migration programs.
Solid exposure to EC2-based application hosting models.
Experience with hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect).
Understanding of AWS CAF and MAP migration frameworks.
Experience working in multi-account AWS settings with governance controls.
Knowledge of high availability, performance, and scalability design in AWS.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in migration programs.
Hands-on exposure to DevOps tools integrated with AWS infrastructure.
Experience supporting cutover, rollback, and hypercare activities.
AWS certification (Solutions Architect or SysOps) is preferred
