Job Title: Team Lead Accounting

Qualification: CA- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Knowledge of various taxes like Income tax, GST, PF, ESI etc. Knowledge on IndAS, ICFR, Companies Act etc. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Job Summary

Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records. Directs financial activities at Hirotec by performing the following duties.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyzing and reviewing the Project Financials monthly with the Project managers
Assist the Manager in Monthly closing activities including Preparation of profit and loss statements and Balance sheet and schedules thereof




Assists Operations with cost and revenue reconciliations.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Analyze and review budgets and actual expenditures
Assist in preparing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Assist in analyzing revenue and expenditure trends and for recommending appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company s automated financial systems.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Establishes, modifies, and coordinates implementation of control procedures.
