Commis 3 – Cold & Salad Section
Assist in preparing salads, cold dishes, dressings and sauces.
Complete daily mise en place as instructed by the senior chef.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cold kitchen section.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Check freshness and quality of vegetables, herbs and other ingredients.
Assist senior chefs during service and maintain smooth section operations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
