Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leaves, and other queries.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination when required.




Ensure smooth employee onboarding and induction process.
Maintain and update HR databases and trackers.

Admin Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Maintain administrative records and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, office events, and employee engagement activities.
Handle travel, courier, and other administrative requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure.
Address employee and office-related administrative concerns.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Valuable knowledge of HR operations, attendance, leave, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
