We are building a technology-driven procurement and supply chain ecosystem that ensures product availability, operational efficiency, and superior service for retailers across India.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Procurement Executive who can support sourcing, vendor management, inventory planning, and procurement operations across categories.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase order management, and inventory replenishment.
This role will work closely with Category, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Vendor teams to ensure timely procurement, optimal inventory levels, and smooth supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a rapid-paced B2B commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
A. Procurement Operations
Create and manage purchase orders based on inventory requirements and business demand
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products
Monitor purchase order status and follow up on pending deliveries
Ensure procurement activities are aligned with inventory and business requirements
Maintain procurement records and documentation with accuracy
B. Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors regarding order fulfillment, pricing, deliveries, and issue resolution
Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and distributors
Support vendor onboarding and documentation processes
Ensure vendor compliance with agreed commercial and operational terms
Escalate supply-related issues and work towards timel
