Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
Generate leads through prospecting, market research, networking, conferences and customer referrals.
Engage with R&D;, procurement, sourcing, technical and business stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial responses.
Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation and closure.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, follow-ups and business conversions through CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential target accounts.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue and new-customer acquisition targets.
Travel for customer meetings, conferences and business development activities as required.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and research abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to learn and understand technical/business concepts.
Positive attitude, willingness to travel, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Robust ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile
M.Pharma/MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.
Freshers with robust academic performance and communication skills.
Candidates with an interest in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
