QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, HR analytics, reporting automation, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated experience consolidating data from multiple sources and developing recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, or management information.
Hands-on experience using AI tools or methods to automate analysis, reporting, data preparation, or information delivery.
Experience working with confidential employee or other sensitive business information in a controlled, skilled workplace.
Travel: Limited travel may be required for leadership visits, planning sessions, or business meetings.
