Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Follow up with customers regarding curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and other interior décor products.
Respond to enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and walk-ins.
Explain product ranges, designs, materials, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
Schedule showroom visits and appointments for measurements or site visits.
Follow up on quotations and pending customer decisions to convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.
Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Contact existing customers for repeat business, referrals, and current product requirements.
Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and sales targets.
