Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to standard recipes.
Handle wok cooking, Chinese sauces, gravies, and food garnishing.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
Properly store food items and maintain FIFO standards.
Assist in menu planning and introducing current Chinese dishes.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Ensure all food is prepared and served on time.
Follow hotel/restaurant safety and sanitation policies.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
