About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Operations SME with solid experience in AWS Infrastructure Operations and Linux Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud environments while ensuring service stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This role is suited for professionals with hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations, incident management, infrastructure support, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AWS Cloud Operations
Manage and support day-to-day AWS infrastructure operations.
Administer and maintain AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EBS, Route53, and CloudWatch.
Perform provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and operational support activities.
Ensure platform availability, performance, and operational stability.

Incident & Problem Management




Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents within SLA timelines.
Support Major Incident Management and service restoration activities.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams during critical outages.

Change & Release Management
Execute approved infrastructure changes and deployment activities.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
Participate in Change Management reviews and implementation validation.

Security & Compliance
Manage IAM policies, roles, user access, and security controls.
Support vulnerability remediation, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Automation & Continuous Improvement
Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate them.
Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Terraform or CloudFormation.
