Designation: Head Marketing & Business Development

Reports to: Managing Director
Location: JECAS Corporate Office, Chennai
Level: Senior Management

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's Marketing & Business Development strategy.
Identify recent business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, EPC, industrial, airport and consultancy sectors.
Generate and manage a solid pipeline of prospective projects and clients.
Identify upcoming government, PSU and private-sector projects and tender opportunities.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, developers, EPC companies and government/PSU organizations.
Lead client acquisition, business development meetings, presentations and negotiations.
Coordinate with Tendering, Estimation, Projects, Contracts, Finance and Legal teams for successful bid submissions.
Support client registration, prequalification, EOI, tender and proposal activities.
Develop strategic partnerships, alliances,



consortiums and JV opportunities wherever applicable.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new geographical and business segments.
Maintain an updated CRM/database of clients, prospects, projects and prospects.
Prepare periodic business development and market intelligence reports for Management.
Lead corporate branding, company presentations, website content, project profiles and digital marketing initiatives.
Represent JECAS at industry events, exhibitions, conferences and client meetings.
Monitor business-development performance against revenue, order-booking and pipeline targets.
Build, lead and monitor the Marketing & Business Development team.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field. MBA/PG qualifi
