Senior Full Stack Engineer

(React / GraphQL) Web Platform Engagement | End-to-End Ownership

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of both backend and frontend web development efforts for the platform
Design and develop up-to-date, scalable web applications using React and, ideally, Next.js
Build and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) using PHP and Go
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, well-considered user experiences

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the stack
Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the application end-to-end
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues spanning both frontend and backend

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve productivity and code quality and be able to speak concretely to where AI helps and where it introduces risk.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
Strong,



hands-on experience building applications with React
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript

Experience building backend services or APIs (any stack PHP/Go experience specifically is a plus, see Preferred)
Experience integrating frontend applications with backend systems end-to-end
Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and component design
Experience working with Git-based workflows
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to speak to real production issues resolved (not just theoretical knowledge)

Genuine comfort working with AI-assisted development tools, with a clear-eyed view of both their perks and limitations

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with GraphQL
Hands-on experience with Next.js
Experience with PHP and/or Go for backend services
Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
Strong ownership mentality comfortable being the person accountab
