Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with solid hands-on experience in C/C++, embedded systems, RTOS, and audio technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in embedded software development, debugging, audio frameworks, and system-level programming.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain embedded software using C and C++.
Work with RTOS concepts, including tasks, interrupts, scheduling, and system-level programming.
Work with audio frameworks such as ALSA, OpenMAX, and SOF (Sound Open Firmware).
Work with audio interfaces and protocols including I²S, TDM, and PCM.
Debug embedded systems using Oscilloscope (CRO), Logic Analyzer, and Audio Precision.
Analyze hardware schematics, datasheets, and technical specifications.
Use Git, CMake, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing tools.
Create and maintain software design and system documentation.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
Strong programming skills in C and C++.
Strong understanding of Embedded Systems and RTOS.
Knowledge of interrupts, tasks, scheduling, and system-level programming.
Understanding of I²S, TDM, and PCM.
Experience with Git and CMake.
Ability to understand hardware schematics and datasheets.
Knowledge of UML and system/design documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ALSA, OpenMAX, or SOF.
Experience working with audio/embedded platforms.
Experience with Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, or Audio Precision.
Exposure to CI/CD and unit testing.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Education
Graduation in Engineering
