3 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing organization preferred.
Candidates with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring will be strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, target-oriented recruiter who can independently manage requirements from sourcing to closure and is comfortable handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment mandates in a rapid-paced consulting workplace.

Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
