Job Description: Sales Manager - Utility and C&I; Inverters (Solar Inverters)

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead client relationship management, technical support, and business growth initiatives in the solar energy sector. The role focuses on C&I; (Commercial & Industrial) and utility-scale clients, with responsibility for project execution, market development, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain robust relationships with C&I; and utility clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all solar inverterrelated inquiries.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Project Management
Lead the planning and execution of solar inverter projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Technical Expertise & Support
Provide expert guidance on solar on-grid inverter technology.




Assist clients in understanding product features, perks, and system integration.
Address technical queries and provide ongoing support post-installation.

Market & Business Development
Identify and pursue current business opportunities within the solar market.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and market expansion.
Support development and execution of strategies for C&I; and utility segment growth.

Strategic Planning
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Provide insights to support strategic initiatives and business direction.

Performance Monitoring
Monitor performance of installed systems.
Collect and analyse client feedback to improve offerings and service quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, installation, and service teams.
Ensure seamless order closure and execution across departments.
