Purpose of the Role : To plan, coordinate, monitor, and control production activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders with optimum utilization of resources, minimum WIP, and adherence to delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning, Scheduling & capacity loading across departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders.
Issue production schedules to fabrication, machining, assembly, and painting shops.




Coordinate with shop floor supervisors for execution as per plan.
Track progress and resolve production bottlenecks.
Ensure smooth material and process flow between departments.
Material Planning & Control
Check material availability against production plans & coordinate for material availability
Monitor WIP for minimum WIP stocks at any given time to implement JIT concept
Ensure adherence to committed delivery dates.
Update dispatch status to sales/customer service.
Track daily production output vs plan.
Highlight deviations and propose corrective actions.
Support production efficiency and lead time reduction initiatives.
