We are looking for a detail-oriented and
proactive Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring
solid technical skills in SQL and data visualization, combined with the
ability to manage stakeholders effectively and drive data quality and
governance initiatives across the organization. This role requires someone who
takes ownership of their work and can translate complex data into actionable
business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and
analyze data from multiple sources
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization
tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand
business requirements and translate them into data solutions
Support and contribute to Master Data Management (MDM)
initiatives
Uphold and improve standards across key data pillars — Data
Quality and Data Governance
Use Excel for ad-hoc analysis, reporting,
and data validation
Proactively identify data issues, inconsistencies, or
prospects for improvement and drive them to resolution
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical
and non-technical audiences
Mandatory Qualifications
Solid proficiency in SQL
Proven experience in Stakeholder Management
Basic understanding of Excel
An ownership mindset — someone who takes initiative and
follows through
Basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM)
Working knowledge of key data pillars, including Data
Quality
and
Data Governance
Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization
tool
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Understanding of Microsoft Fabric
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
