Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team and daily maintenance activities.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Ensure reliable operation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, MCCs, PCCs, motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and other electrical systems.
Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action to minimize equipment downtime.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance standards.
Monitor equipment performance and identify prospects to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
Manage maintenance records, checklists, reports, spare parts, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with production, engineering, safety, and other departments for maintenance activities.
Monitor maintenance costs and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
