Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including loading, unloading, sorting, scanning, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Allocate work to warehouse staff according to daily operational requirements.
Monitor employee productivity and ensure work is completed within defined TAT.
Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and traffic teams for smooth vehicle movement and dispatch operations.
Ensure proper handling and movement of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Monitor inward and outward shipments and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials as per warehouse guidelines.
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs.




Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards on the warehouse floor.
Track attendance and manpower deployment.
Prepare and share daily operational reports with the Warehouse Manager.
Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
Train and guide warehouse staff on processes, safety, and productivity.
Coordinate with the system/MIS team for timely data updates and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
