WearelookingforanexperiencedLeadAutomationEngineerwithstrongexpertiseinJava(SpringBoot)andPython,alongwithanunderstandingofapplicationsecurity,cloud-nativedevelopment,DevSecOps,andAI-drivenautomation.

Inthisrole,youwilldesign,develop,andmaintainsecure,scalable,andhigh-performancebackendsystemswhilecollaboratingwithEngineering,DevOps/SRE,andSecurityteams.YouwillleverageAgenticAIframeworks(suchasFactoryAIorequivalentplatforms)tobuildintelligentAIagentsthatautomatesecurityworkflows,identifyvulnerabilities,generateremediationrecommendations,andenableautomatedissueresolution.

Theidealcandidatecombinesdeepsoftwareengineeringexpertisewithhands-onexperienceincloudplatforms,modernbackendarchitectures,AIandsecuresoftwaredevelopmentpractices.ApassionforadoptingemergingAItechnologiestoimproveengineeringproductivityandstrengthenenterprisesecurityisessential.

Build,deploy,andsupportRESTfulAPIs,microservices,andcloud-nativebackendservicesfollowingmodernsoftwareengineeringbestpractices.
CollaboratewithEngineering,DevOps/SRE,andSecurityteamstointegratesecuritycontrolsthroughouttheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC).
DevelopAI-poweredautomationsolutionsusingFactoryAIorequivalentAgenticAIframeworks.
DesignandimplementintelligentAIagents(droids)toautomate:
Vulnerabilitydiscoveryandanalysis
Securityassessments
Remediationrecommendations
Automatedremediationwhereapplicable
BuildAI-drivenworkflowsforthreatmodelling,vulnerabilityanalysis,securityassessments,andcontextualsecurityrecommendationsbasedonuserprompts.
IntegrateAIautomationintoDevSecOpspipelinestoenhancesecurityposture,operationalefficiency,anddeveloperproductivity.
Deploy,manage,andoptimizeapplicationsoncloudplatformsusingmodernCI/CDpractices.
