Roles Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos and backlog refinement meetings to promote team collaboration.
Guide and Coach product teams in understanding and applying Agile frameworks principles and practices.
Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog ensuring the team delivers high-value outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Resolve conflicts and remove impediments hindering teams progress. Escalate risks and cross-Team dependency to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Teams by leading retrospectives, encouraging innovation, promoting Agile engineering practices and DevOps culture.
Monitor and report on the progress of the Team ensuring transparency and alignment with Sprint goals and Team objectives.
Help the scrum teams achieve delivery acceleration focused on business outcomes by reaching higher levels of scrum maturity.




Support scaling Agile by engaging in cross-team ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) planning to align team activities with Agile Release Train (ART) objectives.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:
Masters OR Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering field and 5 to 9 years of relevant experience

Must-Have Skills:
Certified Scrum Master or Protected Scrum Master or similar (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Align
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Scrum Techniques
Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team
Valuable understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Good-to-Have Skills:
Positive understanding of DevOps and Test Automation Processes in software delivery.
Certified SAFe Practitioner (preferred)
