We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing US-based logistics company in Karnal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US trucking operations, solid communication skills, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with drivers, brokers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch trucks and coordinate daily operations for US-based carriers.
Find and book profitable loads through load boards and broker networks.
Negotiate rates with brokers and customers when required.
Plan and manage drivers' routes and schedules efficiently.
Handle rate confirmations, pickup/delivery information, and required documentation.
Monitor driver hours, availability, and equipment status.




Build and maintain qualified relationships with brokers, drivers, and customers.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience as a US Truck Dispatcher / Dispatcher in the US logistics industry.
Positive understanding of US trucking operations and freight market.
Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of US time zones, lanes, and major freight markets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
