Reports To: Lab In-charge / Pathologist
Qualification:
DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT
2–5 years of relevant laboratory experience
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, receive, and process patient samples.
Perform laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Serology, and Microbiology.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
Ensure accuracy of test results and timely reporting.
Perform quality control procedures and maintain records.
Follow infection control, biomedical waste, and safety protocols.
Maintain reagent and consumable inventory.
Comply with NABH policies, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of laboratory procedures and analyzers.
Valuable documentation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and teamwork.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
