About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Trainee to join our real estate sales team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in real estate, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outbound leads and communicate with buyers.
Understand client requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain property details, pricing, and investment perks.
Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
Maintain lead and customer data in CRM/Excel.
Build client relationships and track follow-ups and conversions.
Work towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Confident in customer interaction.
Interest in sales and real estate.
Willingness to learn and work with targets.
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
