Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Distribution Management
Manage distribution operations, primary and secondary sales, ensuring achievement of business and sales targets.
Drive sales growth, market share, and shop share by developing effective territory and channel strategies.
Improve free cash flow through effective collection management and ensure outstanding payments are collected within agreed timelines.
Identify current business opportunities to expand market reach, product range, and customer coverage across assigned territories.
Develop and execute strategies to improve market penetration, product availability, visibility, and range selling.
Drive sales through multiple channels, including distributors, direct-billing dealers, T&T;, gated communities, colleagues, and sub-dealers.
Manage and develop solid relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.
Monitor channel partner performance and ensure profitability and sustainable business growth.




Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute market promotional activities, including trade partner meets, product visibility initiatives, campaigns, and other promotional programs.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, customer feedback, sales trends, and product feedback to support business decisions.
Address and resolve customer complaints and channel-related issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain regular sales, market, customer, and channel performance reports.
Monitor primary vs. secondary sales, inventory movement, ROI, collections, and channel productivity.
Develop action plans to improve sales performance, distribution efficiency, customer coverage, and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for current dealer/distributor appointments and channel expansion to strengthen market presence.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies, company policies, and promotional programs across the assigned territory.
