Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience, preferably across multiple Odoo versions.
Robust knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, module architecture, workflows, security, and access controls.
Experience developing custom Odoo modules and integrations.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
Positive understanding of Odoo deployment and production environments.
Ability to independently understand requirements and recommend technically practical solutions.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
Work with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.




Customize existing modules and develop new functionality based on business requirements.
Work with modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, eCommerce, and related applications.
Develop and work with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.
Troubleshoot performance, functional, and integration issues.
Handle Odoo version upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technical configuration.
Translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
