Brief To prepare Instrumentation, Electrical Detail Engineering documents required for procurement and construction for Oil & gas, Solid fuel fired Boilers & Heaters of make which caters to the specifications of the clients / consultants and our process requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:
Develop P&ID; along with process Engg.
Preparation of Instrument specifications for all field instruments as per P&ID; meeting contract, process requirements.
Preparation of detailed specifications for Control panel / PLC / DCS based control / shutdown system, analyzers as per P&ID; meeting contract, process requirements.
Preparation of Instrument hook up diagrams along with BOMs
Preparation of JB & Cable schedule, Electrical & Instrumentation cable tray layouts, Earthing layouts, Panel, JB, Instrument location drawings.
Preparation of control room layouts.
Voltage drop calculations.
Preparation of PLC programming documents like Input / output list, Control narrative, Logic diagrams, Control Schemes, Drives logic diagrams.




Preparation of BOM for Electrical & Instrumentation cable, cable tray, Cable glands, Adaptors & accessories.
Participation in HAZOP, SIL studies / review meetings with clients.
Review / preparation of single line diagram, Power & control wiring for MCC / PDB.
Review of vendor documents for all the Electrical / Instrumentation items, package equipment including SWAS, Burners & it s controllers.
Support to Marketing for proposal involving brief instrumentation item list meeting tender requirements.
Support to QAC, Field Engg. (Commissioning / SSBU), Construction as and when required.
Interaction with vendor and clients for drawing approvals.
Vendor development for current product requirement
