We are looking for a Sr.Backend Developer to join our product development team to build exciting applications using microservices architecture with a cloud native, API first and AI-enabled approaches.
Senior Developer responsibilities include architecting up-to-date marketing applications, writing and testing code using cloud platforms, debugging, and integrating the code with marketing applications like CMS, Analytics and other systems through APIs. Lead and mentor junior developers and interact with DevOps team for successful product shipping. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the API ecosystem and have designed complex backend systems.

Responsibilities:
Architect backend solutions. Write effective, scalable code

-Rapid development of prototypes for quick POC and then scale them to prod ready apps
Design and develop Microservices systems with any of the below mentioned prog. Languages





-Support DevOps in implementing and scaling the application
Develop scalable back-end components for NextRow s inhouse product

-Have an API first development mindset
Test and debug programs
Assess and prioritize feature requests

-Lead junior development teams from offshore

-Effectively work in an onshore-offshore model
Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. Support BA in documentation and code versioning

Technical Requirements:
6+ years of prior experience as a full-stack or backend developer

-Valuable knowledge on REST/SOAP APIs and cloud-native development

-Passion for product development through rapid prototyping
Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, SNS/SQS, Pub/Sub, etc.)
Experience building scalable distributed systems
Solid understanding of application security, auth (OAuth, JWT)
Performance optimization & caching (Redis/Memcache)
