Job Summary

Glowing Digital is looking for a professional and client-focused Account Manager – Digital Marketing to manage client relationships and coordinate digital marketing projects across SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a valuable understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
Understand client requirements, objectives and expectations.
Coordinate with SEO, SMM, Content, Design and Paid Marketing teams.
Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables and campaign progress.
Monitor key performance metrics including leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS and SEO rankings.
Prepare and share monthly performance reports with clients.
Handle client feedback, revisions and escalations professionally.




Ensure timely execution and quality delivery of projects.
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management, Client Servicing or a related role.
Good understanding of SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Performance Marketing.
Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong ownership, professionalism and attention to detail.
Digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
