Role & responsibilities:
Perform fitting and assembly of electric motors and motor components.
Assemble stator, rotor, bearings, end shields, fans, terminal boxes, etc.
Read and understand engineering/assembly drawings and work instructions.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometer, and gauges.
Carry out bearing fitting, shaft alignment, drilling, tapping, grinding, and other fitting activities.
Check dimensions and ensure assembly as per specified standards and tolerances.
Identify and report defects, deviations, and assembly-related issues.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality.
Follow SOPs, PPE, safety requirements, and 5S practices.
Maintain production and inspection records.
