Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor manpower, subcontractors, materials, machinery, and work progress.
Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and project schedule requirements.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Safety, QA/QC, and subcontractors.
Check site measurements, material requirements, and proper utilization of resources.
Identify site issues and take corrective action to avoid delays.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping, labour discipline, and safety compliance at site.
Monitor subcontractor work and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Report daily site progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager / Project Head.
