Responsibilities
Operate robotic welding machines safely as per SOPs.
Load/unload components and set fixtures.
Set welding programs and machine parameters.
Inspect weld quality using gauges and visual checks.
Adjust robot paths and welding parameters when required.
Troubleshoot basic robot alarms and welding issues.
Replace contact tips, nozzles, and wire spools.
Read engineering drawings, weld symbols, and Tekla models.
Maintain production and quality records in MES.
Follow 5S, TPM, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance.
