About the Chance
Aptivision Technologies is looking for an experienced and highly connected
Co-Founder – Recruitment & Staffing
to build and scale our recruitment and talent solutions business from
0 to 1 and 1 to 10
.
We are looking for a commercially driven recruitment industry leader who already has a
strong network of direct clients, enterprise HR leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, VMS platforms and reliable prime vendors
across India and international markets.
This is not a traditional recruitment or sales position. The ideal candidate should be capable of
building a recruitment business from the ground up
, winning the first major clients, creating strategic partnerships,
building delivery capabilities and establishing a scalable global staffing operation.
Key Requirement – Existing Network
The strongest candidates will have an established qualified network and demonstrated ability to generate business through relationships.
You should have robust connections with:
Direct enterprise clients
CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads and Hiring Managers
Procurement and vendor-management teams
MSP providers
VMS ecosystem
Prime vendors
Staffing companies
RPO providers
Technology consulting companies
System integrators
