Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join Global Business Technology - Caterpillar Financial Services India Private Limited.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore - Caterpillar PSN .

What you will do
Evolving Regulatory and Compliance Landscape
India continues to experience frequent regulatory and compliance changes that require close collaboration between business, legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders. Recent initiatives have demonstrated the need for solid local knowledge and dedicated coordination to assess impacts, clarify requirements, and ensure timely and compliant implementation.
Business Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement
The RBA serves as a trusted partner to the business, supporting not only operational issues resolution, but also strategic initiatives and governance activities. The role actively participates in MD Governance forums and local IT committee meetings, providing business systems expertise and insights.
Country-Specific Expertise and Operational Continuity




Indias operating model includes unique business practices, regulatory requirements, and system processes that require specialized knowledge. Maintaining dedicated in-country expertise helps preserve institutional knowledge, reduce delivery and operational risks, and ensure consistent support for both daily operations and future initiatives.
