About the Role

We are looking for a capable and proactive Manager - Legal to join our team in India. The role will support the wider function in delivering day-to-day operational and project requirements while working closely with the Dubai based team and other relevant stakeholders.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in drafting, vetting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including real estate transactional documents. The role will also involve providing day-to-day corporate legal advisory support, managing litigation and dispute-related matters,



and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required. The candidate should demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability, sound legal and commercial judgment, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a rapid-paced and evolving business workplace. Experience in real estate matters and/or prior exposure to the UAE or broader Middle East region will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned activities within Legal function and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial and real estate-related agreements, including property sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, vendor and procurement agreements, marketing agreements, technology agreements, and other business-related documentation.
