About the Role

Velocious Apps is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team in Dehradun. This position is ideal for freshers who have a strong interest in web design, UI/UX, and creating up-to-date, responsive, and visually appealing websites.

You will work closely with our development and product teams to design and improve websites and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design clean, modern, and user-friendly website interfaces.
Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Convert ideas and requirements into practical website designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Create and maintain UI components, layouts, and design elements.
Improve website usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience.
Review implemented designs and suggest improvements where required.





Basic Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Basic knowledge of responsive web design.
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar design tools.
Good understanding of typography, spacing, layouts, colors, and visual hierarchy.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to understand design requirements and communicate ideas clearly.
Willingness to learn recent design tools and technologies.
A portfolio, personal website, academic project, or sample designs will be an advantage.

Preferred
Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
Understanding of up-to-date web design trends.
Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components.
Basic understanding of accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
