First Object Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Kronos Functional Consultant (WFM) to join our client for their Digital & Technology team. The selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing, configuring, and supporting UKG/Kronos WFM solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements across the organization. Experience with the Kronos Accrual and Time-keeping modules will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders (Operations, HR, Payroll) to gather and translate Workforce Management requirements into scalable Kronos configurations
Lead functional design, configuration, and testing of pay rules, accrual profiles, schedules, employment terms, and related components
Provide production support by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with vendors when necessary
Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
activities to ensure minimal business disruption
Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration changes in line with governance protocols
Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant with robust expertise in the Timekeeping and accrual modules
Deep understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, and Compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions
Proven experience in requirements gathering and hands-on functional configuration
Solid experience in system testing, defect analysis, and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of HR and Payroll processes related to time and attendance
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
