Job Description – HR Recruiter Position: HR Recruiter Company: Rezolution Location: Thane Experience: 2–5 Years CTC: ₹2.88–₹3.24 LPA Employment: Full time Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for debt collection and BPO collection roles across the Mumbai/Thane region. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for collection roles. Handle volume hiring within tight timelines. Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews. Coordinate candidate feedback and offer rollouts. Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring pipeline reports. Work closely with operations teams to understand hiring requirements. Ensure candidates complete the joining process. Requirements:
2–5 years of recruitment experience. Experience in BPO/debt collection recruitment preferred. Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills. Experience with volume hiring. Knowledge of DRA/Non-DRA hiring is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to work from Thane. Available for full time employment
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
