Position Summary
The V&V; Lead / QA Coordinator is responsible for leading the Verification & Validation (V&V;) process across all assigned projects. The role serves as the single point of accountability for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and closing end to end V&V; activities to ensure that the delivered solution fully complies with contractual specifications, approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ), designs, and customer requirements.
The incumbent will manage the end-to-end V&V; Register, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, validate installation quality, identify deviations, and issue the final Verification & Validation Completion Certificate.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Verification & Validation (V&V;) Management
Own and manage the complete V&V; lifecycle across all project locations.
Maintain the master V&V; Register covering all project deliverables.
Ensure every verification activity is documented,
validated, and approved.
Monitor completion status against project milestones.
Ensure all V&V; activities comply with project quality standards and contractual obligations.
QA Coordination
Coordinate activities of all Verification & Validation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Allocate verification assignments and monitor progress.
Conduct periodic review meetings with technical teams.
Resolve technical issues affecting V&V; completion.
Ensure consistency in inspection methodology across locations.
BOQ & As-Built Verification
Validate delivered materials against:
Approved BOQ
Technical Specifications
Approved Drawings
Purchase Orders
Vendor Deliverables
Verify quantities, make, model, specifications, and installation quality.
Identify discrepancies between BOQ commitments and actual site execution.
Ensure all deviations are properly documented.
