About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our software development team. In this role, you will support the project management team in delivering high-quality software solutions by ensuring effective coordination, tracking, and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between developers, QA, designers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met
Track daily progress of multiple software development projects
Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports
Identify and flag project risks or blockers and escalate where needed
Maintain project timelines and task schedules using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
Schedule sprint meetings, demos, and client calls
Support the Project Manager in tracking deliverables, timelines, and client communication




Ensure proper documentation of all change requests and client feedback

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a project coordination role within a tech or software company
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Positive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
Technical background or understanding of software development practices
Certification in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or related project management frameworks
Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
