Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, products, and services required for the company's projects and day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders, timely delivery, and maintaining proper purchase records.

Job Description
Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for required materials and services.
Collect quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and material requirements.
Coordinate with the Store, Site, Accounts, and Project teams regarding procurement requirements.
Verify purchase specifications, quantity, quality, and rates before placing orders.
Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.




Develop and maintain a reliable vendor/supplier database.
Monitor market prices and identify cost-effective purchasing prospects.
Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, delivery, and billing.
Ensure procurement is carried out according to company policies and approval procedures.
Prepare regular purchase and procurement reports for Management.

Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred.
Experience: 13 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement preferred.
Age: 21–35 years.
Two-Wheeler: Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence for local vendor visits and procurement-related work.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Robust vendor management and follow-up skills.
