Job Summary
Hiring an Associate Collateral Processing to manage daily activities related to Agency Lending, Collateral, Exposure and Settlements across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Agency Lending collateral and exposure processing.
Monitor margin calls, collateral trades and settlements.
Perform reconciliation and resolve operational breaks.
Coordinate with custodians, brokers, triparty agents, counterparties and internal teams.
Prepare billing, MIS and management reports.
Ensure daily controls, SLA and process deadlines are met.
Escalate exceptions and operational incidents.
Support client onboarding, SOP updates and training of recent joiners.
Required Skills
Experience in Collateral Management / Securities Lending / Trade Operations / OTC Derivatives.
Knowledge of margin, settlement and reconciliation processes.
Solid MS Excel skills.
Positive analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
