About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition professional from the EdTech industry
who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, with a robust focus on
sales, counselling, business development, and other high-volume hiring requirements
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and ensuring candidates join within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for various EdTech roles across levels.
Handle
bulk and volume hiring
for Sales, Admission Counsellor, Program Counsellor, Business Development, Inside Sales and related positions.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels
.
Screen candidates based on experience,



communication skills, salary expectations, location and role suitability.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a solid and active candidate pipeline to meet monthly hiring targets.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from
requirement understanding to offer release and joining
.
Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations effectively.
Ensure minimum dropouts between
selection, offer and joining
.
Coordinate with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within TAT.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring reports.
Track key recruitment metrics such as
profiles sourced, interviews, selections, offers, joiners, TAT and offer-to-join ratio
.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
Support lateral hiring for experienced and critical positions.
