Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing for site and Head Office employees.
Collect, verify and consolidate attendance and payroll inputs from project sites.
Coordinate with site HR teams regarding attendance, leave, overtime and employee movements.
Ensure timely processing of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory requirements.
Maintain payroll records and conduct payroll reconciliation and validation.
Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, deductions and statutory perks.
Maintain accurate employee data in Darwinbox/HRMS.
Prepare monthly payroll and statutory MIS for management review.
