Roles and Responsibilities
Design plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using AutoCAD.
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for plumbing installations.
Conduct site visits to inspect plumbing systems during construction phase.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with other engineers to resolve design issues.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD), Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of:
Domestic water supply
Flushing/drainage systems
Soil, waste and vent systems
Rainwater drainage
Pump sizing
Water tank sizing
Plumbing shaft planning
STP/UGT/OHT coordination
Fire water demand calculations
Fire pump sizing
Hydrant system
Sprinkler system
Fire alarm coordination
Hose reel/hydrant layouts
Fire water tank sizing
Fire-fighting riser diagrams
Fire-fighting BOQ
Knowledge of NBC, relevant IS standards and local fire authority requirements.
