Key Responsibilities:
Define and enforce QA plans, inspection procedures, and ITPs for utility-scale solar EPC projects.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions where ever required
Coordinate third-party inspections, lab testing, and site test protocols.
Oversee electrical , civil and Mechanical workmanship quality across multiple project sites.
Develop incoming material inspection protocols for critical equipment such as PV modules inverters, cables, MMS, Panels, and Transformers
Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to ensure compliance with IS/IEC/MNRE standards.
Maintain QA documentation including QAPs, test reports, calibration records, and QA MIS,WIR for management review.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Execution teams for QA alignment and client approvals.
Ensured ISO 9001:2015 compliance and alignment with IEC, BIS, and MNRE guidelines.
