Position: ASUS Laptop Service Engineer
Location: Onsite / Field Service
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Attend ASUS laptop service calls at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
Carry out laptop repair, component replacement, and preventive maintenance.
Conduct proper technical diagnosis before ordering or replacing spare parts.
Handle onsite service calls within the committed SLA.
Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and system updates.
Communicate professionally with customers and explain the issue and resolution.
Coordinate with the branch and technical team for complex cases.
Ensure customer satisfaction and proper case closure.
Requirements
Experience in laptop hardware servicing and troubleshooting.
Valuable knowledge of motherboard, display, battery, keyboard, adapter, and other laptop components.
Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet service timelines.
Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
