Key Responsibilities
Market and place bench consultants with Prime Vendors, Vendors, and Direct Clients.
Work with
OPT-H1B
,
US Citizen (USC)
and
Green Card (GC)
consultants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
Submit consultant profiles to suitable client requirements.
Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with clients and consultants throughout the recruitment process.
Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Meet individual and team placement targets.
Provide timely updates to consultants regarding marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience
in US IT Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
Hands-on experience working with
OPT-H1B,
US Citizens (USC)
and
Green Card (GC)
consultants.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in the US shift.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
