Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of female student's boarding houses.
Ensure student safety, wellbeing, discipline, and pastoral care.
Supervise House Parents, Wardens, Tutors, and Boarding Staff.
Coordinate with academic, medical, transport, security, and administrative teams.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student welfare and hostel-related matters.
Plan and monitor evening study schedules, weekend activities, and student engagement programmes.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding norms, and hostel regulations.
Maintain records, reports, and boarding-related documentation.
Handle emergencies and student welfare concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's Degree in any field
Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration, student welfare, hostel management or boarding school operations.
Experience working in any Army School will be an added advantage.
